For teens who find it hard to sit still, we offer Wakl-and-Talk Therapy in an outdoor, more relaxed setting. This therapy allows for easier communications and helps reduce anxiety.

Play therapy allows children to express emotions through play, which can be a more natural and effective way for them to process their feelings.
